Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a pair of earrings may not meet your expectations or require a different size or style. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
